Description

Definition and operationalisation, as well as the scope of "value creation" within the context of "strategic alignment". Various strategies are discussed for driving value extraction along the chain/network. This strategic framework is subsequently put in perspective by how cultural capability and leadership styles help or hinder the extraction of value. This leads to implementation of situation-specific deployment strategies to overcome any mis-alignments identified in the value chain.
