Description
Demand fulfilment further detailed in terms of supply chain strategies and structures. Supply chain strategies include lean/JIT manufacturing and servicing, agility, and postponement. Supply Chain design issues (such as mapping and optimisation) and planning methodologies for optimized supply chain planning and execution. Resource planning. Procurement and materials management. Supply Chain infrastructures and technology to implement the chosen strategies.
