Semester 1 applications to do more than 14CP in a semester open as soon as re-enrolment commences. Semester 2 applications open as soon as the final results are released.
Applications are not submitted to ERIC. Students enrolled in Awards offered by the Department of Accounting & Finance contact eStudent directly to ask to be enrolled in more than 14 Credit Points. Students in other departments contact the staff nominated under Departmental Contacts/Procedures/Rules.
New Students
- Authorisation for programs over 14 credit points in a semester can be obtained directly on the Proposed Program form. Programs greater than 14 credit points require a signature from the Dean of Division nominee. The Dean of Division nominee for the Division of Economics and Financial Studies is an academic advisor from the department in which the student intends to major. The student takes their Proposed Program form to the enrolment room supervisor who enrols the student in the authorised units for the relevant semester. The student will then enrol in all other units on the web.
Continuing Students
- General Requirement (ie there may be exceptions) for consideration: GPA >= 3.0.
- Application forms (for non Accounting & Finance students) are available at both the SES and on the web at http://www.registrar.mq.edu.au/academic-index.htm.
- Students must enrol in as many units as they can first and then either contact eStudent support (in the case of Accounting & Finance students) or fill in the application form, attach their transcript and then contact the nominated departmental adviser below.
- Departmental Contacts/Procedures/Rules
