The EFS Resource and Information Centre – commonly known as ERIC – is a drop-in centre for students who are taking units in the Division of Economic and Financial Studies. It is located in Room 106, Building E4B.

At ERIC you can:

• Collect your assessment: assessments currently available for collection
• Submit an assessment;
• Talk to a Peer Adviser (no appointment needed) ;
• • EFS Peer Advisers are experienced students. They offer a friendly, non-judgemental and confidential service. Their role is to help fellow students by:
  • • acting as a first port of call for general enquiries
    • explaining how important administrative processes work in the Division of Economic and Financial Studies;
    • assisting them to read and understand the University Handbook and Timetable;
    • identifying the right person – to see for more help and information;
    • sharing information about services available across the University;
    • managing the submission and return of assessments – via ERIC
    • responding to feedback, suggestions and complaints.
