The Labour-Management Studies Foundation (LMSF) was established by Macquarie University's Council in 1983. It is is jointly hosted by the Division of Economic and Financial Studies and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Its primary goal, contributing to a higher level of understanding of industrial relations and human resource management issues is accomplished through teaching and research and the dissemination of ideas through publications, lectures, seminars and conferences.

The Foundation hosts Australia's largest women's management and employment relations conference annually, the Women, Management and Employment Relations (WMER) conference. The LMSF website has all the details and registration form.
