17th Women, Management & Employment Relations Conference

In 1989 the Labour-Management Studies Foundation established the first Women, Management and Employment Relations Conference.

2005 sees the seventeenth annual conference. Bringing together leading speakers from business, unions, government, agencies and universities, the Conference presents insights into key developments in EEO and managing people, best practice and current trends. The Conference provides a unique forum for professionals in related fields to access the latest information, debate the issues and network with peers from a range of industries.

This year’s conference will be held on 21–22 July 2005 at the Hotel InterContinental, Sydney and focuses on key issues for women and industrial relations including future directions in EEO, the work expectations of Generations X and Y, women and superannuation, leadership and mentoring.
