ABS Research Codes - RFCD, SEO, FORIn March 2008 the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) announced a revised Socio-Economic Objective (SEO) Classification; and a new Fields of Research (FOR) Classification to replace the Research Fields, Courses and Disciplines (RFCD) Classification.
This ABS website has the FOR codes. Scroll to the bottom of the page for tables which align the FOR and RFCD codes, and the old and revised SEO codes.
