Savanid Vatanasakdakul holds a PhD in Information Systems from University of New South Wales, Australia. She received her master degrees in Information and Communication technology and Electronic Commerce from the University of Wollongong. She holds a bachelor degree in statistics majoring in Information Technology for Business from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She has worked as an IT consultant for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu prior to entering academia. Her research interests includes: IT and E-commerce adoption in developing countries; Impact of cultural fit on firms’ performance; and Strategic fit perspective on the IS/IT technology transfer in Asia.
