Peter Murray - Research

Dr Murray has conducted many significant research projects throughout Australia and is currently involved in international collaboration in organisation development in the health industry. His research in learning capabilities has been the basis of consultancies in the NSW Department of Public Works and Services and his work has contributed to many significant changes in the manufacturing sector. More recently, his work has examined the relationship between ageing and discrimination and the patterns of demography in age classifications in Australian industry. Dr Murray is currently examining the context and processes of top management teams in a number of Australian institutions and is involved in major research grants in socially constructed learning.

Recent Grants Include:

•  "Developing and Assessing Sustainable Learning Strategies in the Construction Industry", Department of Public Works and Services grant, amount $37,000.00.

•  "An Analysis of the Linkage between Learning Cultures and Workplace Performance", Macquarie University research grant, with Professor Ed Davis, amount $20,000.00.
