The fcast Excel spreadsheet performs calculations as described in:
De Jong, P. (2006) Forecasting runoff triangles. North American Actuarial Journal. (10) pp.1-10.

• To install the spreadsheet:

  • Read the install instructions fcast.pdf

  • Download fcast.exe to your PC

  • Follow the install instruction

• Use the spreadsheet like any other Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet uses specialized calculating  routines implemented in the  J language. No knowledge of J is required.
